Ordered 2 polo tops, they never arrived so I rang them and they told me they couldnt find my order, what a great start, then after about 10 minutes on the phone they found my order and told me if you didnt get an email we didnt so we didnt know you had ordered, well you had took the money from me so you should have known Id ordered!!!! And I had no choice but to make sure you sent them as its for my college course and it has to be brought through them, awful service, 2 weeks later still not arrived, so I rang them countless amounts of times and they dont seem to know how to pick up their phone... what next?? Useless company.

Dreadful service, ordered trousers 19th July 18 and have just 28th Aug 18 received a refund. 1st pair of trousers was sent the wrong size, returned them, they refused to pay postage, replacement pair again received wrong size, couriers came to collect, 3rd pair sent to me, wrong trousers, asked for a refund but won't refund my postage! 3 lots of postage paid out and no product was sent correct.
Excellent service from Eazee. Ordered 3 polo shirts, 2 jumpers, 1 rain jacket and a bag. Embroidery was top class and the products look superb. Roughly 10 days between ordering and receiving, email exchange to double check the logo before the embroidery began.Would recommend to everyone.
Have used eazzee several times. The work has included the sourcing of the clothing to logo design and embroidery. I've been very happy with the service received and will no doubt use them in the future.
