Didn't find the staff at all friendly, items were extremely expensive some with 100% Mark up..considering you can buy all of them and have more choice of items on Ebay and Amazon and have them delivered for free!!.. parking is dreadful had to wait 25 minutes before I could find a parking space.. it is situated at the back of a building site so access isnt great.Staff are very judging, unfriendly and have superiority issues.. you cannot purchase anything in the shop less than 5 if you don't have cash, so dont drop in for a pack of needles or a thimble! very unapologetic and dismissive.. certainly won't be visiting or recommending to my friends.. a long way off from a useful shop that once use to be on Churchgate in Loughborough..
Fantastic shop and helpful staff cost me a new machine but the better half is happy all good for me
